What can I customize about my furniture?

On most sofas, loveseats and chairs, you have the option to choose style, to change the fabric (fabric or leather), the leg stain, the cushion firmness, toss pillow fabric, and nailhead colour (if applicable). Within dining and bedrooms, you have the options to choose style, stain, wood type (depending on company), fabric, and in some cases customize to the exact measurements you need.

What do I do if my sofa or other merchandise does not fit?

When you are purchasing your furniture we ask that you measure both the furniture (length, width and height). As well, please measure – from wall to wall and floor to ceiling- any doors, hallways, corridors, entrances, or the room that the furniture will be before purchase. All sales are final sale and we are not responsible for any furniture that does not fit in your home.

Do you offer a protection program?

Yes! We offer a protection program with an extended warranty of 5 years. The price of a protection plan is dependent on the cost of your furniture.

Delivery & Policies

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we offer delivery for a fee of $129 (local delivery). Any delivery outside of the Haldimand or Niagara region will be at an extra cost. Our delivery team brings your merchandise directly into your home, places it in the desired location and then removes all garbage or packaging. We highly suggest having our delivery expects to bring your furniture into your home.

Can I pick up my merchandise?

Yes, you can pick up your purchase at the designated store. We suggest you bring a large vehicle or pick up truck, another person to help you load your items, and a rope or tie downs to secure your merchandise. Should you choose to wave delivery and decided to arrange your own transportation you will assume all liability for any potential damages during transportation or installation once the furniture leaves the store.

Do we have a return policy?

All sales are final; our team will work with you to make sure your purchase is exactly what you want and need. Our Professional Sales Associates are here to assist you make the right choice for your specific needs.


Why don't you have prices on your website?

We decided not to add prices on our website due to our product being custom. Having custom furniture allows you to pick exactly what you want- yet the price reflects these decisions. We feel that it would not give a accurate representation of the price if we added prices. However, Ryn’s will match valid quotes.

How long does it take to get the product in?

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the product is taking much longer than normal. Shipping estimates are based on the company but can range from 3 months to 1 year.

How many store locations do you have and where are they located?

We have two store locations in the Niagara Region and Haldimand County. Our Niagara location is located at: 7500 Lundy’s Lane, Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. Our Haldimand store is located at; 565 Highway 6, Caledonia, Ontario, Canada.
