What can I customize about my furniture?

For most sofas, loveseats, and chairs, you can customize the style, fabric or leather, leg stain, cushion firmness, toss pillow fabric, and nailhead color (if applicable).

For dining and bedroom furniture, options typically include style, stain, wood type (varies by manufacturer), fabric, and, in some cases, custom sizing to fit your exact measurements.

What do I do if my sofa or other merchandise does not fit?

Before purchasing furniture, we ask that you carefully measure both the furniture dimensions (length, width, and height) and the spaces it will pass through, including doorways, hallways, corridors, and the intended room (wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling).

All sales are final, and we are not responsible for furniture that does not fit in your home.

Do you offer a protection program?

Yes! We offer a protection program with an extended warranty of 5 years. The price of a protection plan is dependent on the cost of your furniture.

Delivery & Policies

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we offer local delivery for a fee of $129. Deliveries outside the Haldimand or Niagara region may incur additional charges.

Our delivery team will bring your furniture into your home, place it in your desired location, and remove all packaging. We highly recommend using our delivery experts to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Can I pick up my merchandise?

Yes, you can pick up your purchase at the designated store. We suggest you bring a large vehicle or pick up truck, another person to help you load your items, and a rope or tie downs to secure your merchandise. Should you choose to wave delivery and decided to arrange your own transportation you will assume all liability for any potential damages during transportation or installation once the furniture leaves the store.

Do we have a return policy?

All sales are final, but our team is committed to ensuring your purchase is exactly what you want and need. Our professional sales associates are here to guide you in making the best choice for your specific requirements.

Why do the prices on your website say "Starting from"?

Because most of our furniture is highly customizable, prices can vary significantly based on the materials and features selected.

The listed price reflects the specific product SKU shown, featuring the lowest available grade of fabric or wood selection.

For detailed pricing on different models, fabrics, and wood options, please contact us by phone or visit one of our store locations.

How long will it take for my furniture to arrive?

Most of our furniture is custom-made to order, with an estimated arrival time of 6-12 weeks from the order date. This timeframe may vary based on the manufacturer, selected style, and fabric choice.

We generally are able to provide a more precise estimated arrival date within 1-2 weeks of placing your order.

 

How many store locations do you have and where are they located?

We have two store locations in the Niagara Region and Haldimand County. Our Niagara location is located at: 7500 Lundy’s Lane, Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. Our Haldimand store is located at; 565 Highway 6, Caledonia, Ontario, Canada.
